FOUZIA EL AMRANI

Mrs. Fouzia El Amrani is an influential figure in Morocco's business landscape, recognized for her exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial prowess. Holding an MSc in International Business, she was honoured as the best entrepreneurial figure of Morocco in 2013. With a career spanning 15 years as the CEO of Belcof Group, a prominent Moroccan conglomerate specializing in clothes confection for international exports, Mrs. El Amrani played a pivotal role in leading this successful company with around 7000 employees, establishing it as one of the most prosperous in clothes confection in the MENA region during the 90s.

For the past 19 years, Mrs. El Amrani has served as the CEO of all production sites of KBOC & Partners, co-creating the first call center in the city of Fes, Morocco. Currently, she leads a group of four call centres with approximately 450 employees, contributing significantly to the growth of the outsourcing sector in Morocco. In collaboration with her husband, the renowned entrepreneur Abdelhak Cohen, Mrs. El Amrani is a key stakeholder in multiple successful companies across Morocco, France, and Spain, spanning the Service Outsourcing, Clothes Manufacturing, Real Estate, and luxury sectors.
