BENJAMIN FOUCAUD

Benjamin Foucaud currently holds the position of Director of Production at KBOC & Partners, overseeing the Business Process Outsourcing Services at our production site in Morocco. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Foucaud has been a key contributor to the growth and success of our call center operations. His journey with us began nine years ago when he joined as a Commercial Sedentary at our Fes site. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Supervisor and Project Manager, showcasing his leadership and management skills. Prior to joining KBOC & Partners, Mr. Foucaud gained valuable experience at ENGIE, where he excelled in the sales of energy subscriptions. With a solid foundation in customer relations, he spent eight years at Société Générale, honing his skills in client management and financial services. Mr. Foucaud's educational background includes a Diploma in Management and Commerce with a focus on International Commerce from EGC Brive la Gaillarde. His dedication and expertise make him an integral part of our team, ensuring the continued success and efficiency of our BPO services.
