With 15 years of dedicated experience in the information technology sector, Mr. Lachgar has served as the Information System Manager for a group of call centres in Fes, Morocco. His responsibilities span a comprehensive range, from adeptly managing databases, local and cloud CRMs to developing and integrating scripts into production systems. His role extends to coordinating both in-place and remote IT teams, ensuring seamless intra and inter-organizational information technology and systems coordination, and overseeing the development and management of data security and backup systems. In parallel, Mr. Lachgar boasts a decade of expertise in infrastructural consulting, installation, and administration for various outsourcing centres in Morocco, with a focus on wiring, networks, and telecoms. He excels in the wiring of hardware solutions, conducting audits, providing consultancy on outsourcing network solutions, and advising on the adaptation of telecommunication infrastructures between suppliers and clients. Currently serving as the Cross-sectional Information System Manager at KBOC, Mr. Lachgar Otman spearheads the coordination among IT teams from our clients' companies and those from our production sites in Morocco. His wealth of experience and adept management skills make him an invaluable leader, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency within our information systems.
